CLUB MEMBERS' LOTTERY
**********
Our Lottery, which besides making a very important, and necessary,
contribution to the Club’s income, gives Members a chance of a
flutter for a small outlay.
The established arrangements for the Lottery are as follows:
:
1.The cost for a flutter in our weekly draw is 50p and we have summer
and winter sessions of 26 weeks each. A number is allocated, in the
form of a share, at a cost for each session of £13 or £26 for 2 shares.
Members, normally, retain the same number(s) each session).
2. To try to accommodate all Members, there are 147 shares in our
Lottery (1-49 Red shares, 1-49 Green shares and 1-49 Blue shares)
& every Saturday, 1 Red, 1 Green & 1 Blue shareholder each win £12
3. The winning number, every Saturday, is the National Lottery (Lotto)
Bonus Number of between 1 and 49. Therefore, on any Saturday
night, you can discover, for yourself, when you have hit the 'Jackpot',
before you receive a cheque, from the Club, for your winnings !
4. Before the start of each Session, Shareholders are invited to continue
with their flutter. New Members are given priority in the choice of any
of the 147 shares that are not taken up, before they are offered to
other Members.
